By engaging in our notary services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services

Our notary public services include, but are not limited to:

Administering oaths and affirmations

Witnessing signatures on documents
-
Verifying identities for notarized documents
-
Certifying copies of permitted documents
-
Protesting bills or notes for non-payment
-
Taking acknowledgments
-
Performing notarial acts as permitted by Texas law
-
We do not provide legal advice, representation, or document preparation. Notary publics are not attorneys and cannot offer legal guidance or counsel.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients requesting notarial services must:

Appear in person with a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, military ID).

Ensure the document is complete and ready for notarization (we do not draft or modify documents).
-
Be of sound mind and willing to sign the document without coercion.
-
Understand the document being signed (we do not explain or interpret document contents).
-
Provide any necessary witnesses (if required by the document).
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a refusal of services.
3. Fees and Payment
Notary fees are regulated by the Texas Secretary of State. Our fees for notary services are as follows:

Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal -$4.00

Each notice of protest - $1.00
-
Protesting in all other cases - $4.00
-
Certificate and seal to protest - $4.00
-
Taking the acknowledgement or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal:
1. For the first signature - $10.00
2. For each additional signature - $1

Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal -$10.00
-
All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for -$10.00
-
Copies of all records and papers in the notary public's office, for each page - $1.00
-
Taking the depositions of witness, for each 100 words - $1.00
-
Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal and other business connected with taking a deposition - $10.00
-
All notarial acts not provided for - $10.00
Payment must be made at the time of service via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.
4. Refusal of Services
A Texas Notary Public has the right to refuse to notarize a document if:

The identity of the signer cannot be verified with satisfactory ID.
-
The signer appears coerced, intoxicated, or mentally incompetent.
-
The document is incomplete, altered, or contains blank spaces.
-
The notary suspects fraud, forgery, or illegal activity.
-
The document is one the notary is prohibited from notarizing under Texas law.
-
The client refuses to pay the required fees.
5. Confidentiality and Record Keeping
We maintain strict confidentiality in all transactions. However, as required by Texas law, certain records (including notarization logs and journal entries) may be:

Retained for state compliance and audit purposes.
-
Made available to law enforcement or regulatory agencies if legally required.

Not shared or sold to third parties for marketing or solicitation.
6. Liability and Legal Disclaimers
Notary services do not guarantee the legality or enforceability of a document.We are not responsible for errors in the document's content.We do not provide legal advice—clients should consult an attorney for legal concerns.Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by Texas law.
7. Travel and Mobile Notary Services
For mobile notary services, the following conditions apply:Travel fees must be agreed upon in advance.Appointments must be scheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply for no-shows.We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
